With the following information, we would like to provide you with an overview of how your personal data is processed when you apply for a job or submit an open application.

II. What data do we process as part of the application process?
As part of the application process, we only process the personal data that you provide to us with your application. This generally includes the following data:
- First name, last name, and date of birth
- Contact data (telephone number, email adress);
- ion data such as your resume,
- over letter and certificates;
- where applicable, information about your health or a severe disability;

- bank details in the event of reimbursement of travel expenses

All other information is voluntary.
III. For what purposes and on what legal basis is the data processed?
In addition, it may be necessary to process your data in order to defend or assert legal claims. This also constitutes our legitimate interest. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
If your application documents contain special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 (1) GDPR, we will process these data as part of the application process in order to exercise rights or fulfill obligations under employment law, social security law, and social protection law. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with Article 9 (2) lit. b GDPR and Section 26 (3) BDSG.

V. When do we delete your data?
Your data will be deleted no later than six months after the end of the application process (i.e., upon receipt of your rejection for the position you applied for), unless we have hired you. If an employment contract is concluded with you, your application data will be included in your personnel file.

VIII. Right to File a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection laws, you have the right under Article 77(1) of the GDPR to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
