Who we are?
Ubica Robotics develops autonomous systems for creating digital twins of physical retail stores. Originating from research at the University of Bremen, we combine robotics, AI, and software engineering into market-ready technology. Our focus is on reliable solutions used in day-to-day retail operations that enable real decision-making. We believe that people who take ownership are best positioned to bring their vision to life. Screening

Digital interview
Your profile is a great fit! We’d love to introduce Ubica in a 30-minute video call, get to know you, and talk about the role.
Technical interview
The first interview sparked mutual interest, and we’d like to give you a deeper insight into the role in a more in-depth conversation — and hear how you would approach and shape it.

In the final step of our application process, we invite you to meet our team. During your trial day, you’ll spend around three hours getting to know a variety of people across our company, who will give you deeper insights into working at Ubica.
